James Harper

James Harper

I have spent most of my career (now retired) in the people development profession in global corporations as well as a consultant, in both Australia and overseas. It is now very rewarding to use my experience and skills working with people of all ages and experience, helping them realise for themselves, their employability. This usually involves having them identify the skills they have developed throughout their lives and for those with no work experience, the natural abilities they have developed generally and how these skills can transfer into employment. This inevitably helps them develop self-esteem and a more positive mindset in their job search and interviews.
